On Monday, October 14, the DHS Girls’ Soccer Team faced Dyer County High School at JC Sawyers Stadium. The Lady Trojans displayed incredible teamwork and determination throughout the match, securing an impressive 8-0 victory.

As the game kicked off, DHS immediately took control of the field. Madelynn Eakin opened the score with the first goal, setting the tone for the evening. Soon after, Haddy Manneh followed up with a powerful shot, bringing the lead to 2-0 before halftime. Meredith Zamzow contributed another goal just before the break, giving the Lady Trojans a strong 3-0 advantage going into the second half.

After halftime, DHS returned with even greater determination. Manneh continued her scoring streak, adding two more goals to the board. An own goal from Dyer County pushed the lead to 6-0, but the Lady Trojans didn’t stop there. Manneh netted her fourth goal of the night to make it 7-0, and Graceann Webb ended the match with a composed penalty kick, finalizing the score at 8-0.

DHS invites all fans to come out and support the Lady Trojans as they continue their outstanding season on Thursday, October 16th, at JC Sawyers Stadium.
