Tyler demonstrating a jump serve and Morgan assuring multiple aces. Hinson and Senior Taniyah Brooks started with kills, both securing points for the Trojans. Junior Bella Turnage played the defense, blocking the Lady Hornets’ hits. The Lady Hornets tried to score multiple times, but failed as libero Avery Gatlin continued to defend the back of the court. The Lady Trojans won with a score of 3-0. So far, the team has secured two wins for the season with many more games to come.

“I feel very confident in our season. We have a great defense with amazing hitters and setters that can put the ball away,” Junior Murphy Mae Morgan said.
