After four (long) years of high school, Dyersburg seniors have gained some insight into how to

survive. As a Senior myself, I have plenty of advice to give the underclassmen-and I know many

other seniors feel the same.

“Learn how to study, you’ll need it later.” - Lainee Robey

“When people show you who they are the first time, believe it. ” - La’Trell Glass

“Take the easy classes, and play a sport” - Alex Paige

“Don’t care what other people think” - Lily Kate Jones

“Do what you want and not what everyone wants you to do” -Jaxen Perkins

“Make good friends, it's important not to be alone in high school” - A.J. Hicks

“Always try to keep true to yourself. Trust your intuition and do what’s best for you!” - Myren

Hurst

“Take all the challenging classes that you can!” - Elizabeth Lemmons

“Join any and every club, and don’t procrastinate.” Destinee Brown

“Don’t worry so much about what people think of you and do what makes you happy.” - Maria

Vasquez

Seniors have truly lived through it all when it comes to high school. So, take in the advice we

give, and most importantly-make high school fun!
