Student Spotlight

This week's Student Spotlight is on senior Elizabeth Lemons. Elizabeth is the epitome of a student-athlete, consistently demonstrating an unwavering commitment to excellence in all aspects of her life. On the court and in the classroom, Elizabeth stands out as a leader. She approaches every opportunity with a level of enthusiasm that is infectious, always wearing a smile that uplifts those around her. 

Elizabeth is not just an athlete, but she also embodies the qualities of a true leader. She is low maintenance, often taking the initiative to support her teammates without seeking recognition. Her humility is one of her greatest strengths, as she prioritizes the team's success over individual accolades. This selflessness has made her a respected figure in our program, admired by both peers and coaches alike.

Throughout her four years as a basketball player, Elizabeth has consistently demonstrated great character. She approaches challenges with resilience and determination, never shying away from hard work. Her commitment to her teammates and the sport is evident in her willingness to put in extra effort, whether it’s during practice or in her studies.
