Trojan Golf Team Takes First in Covington

The Trojan golf teams had a great match in Covington, with both the boys' and girls' teams finishing in first place against Covington and Brighton.

The boys' team won with a score of 148, beating Covington's 169. John David Morris led the way taking place with an impressive 2-under-par 34. Jayce Ellerbrook finished second with a 35, while Ryan Wesson placed third with a 38. Brett Horner finished with a 41.

The girls team also came out on top with a score of 91. Cally Cook earned another first-place medal with a 43, and Stella Madden followed with a second-place finish after shooting a 48.

Both teams will compete Monday in the West Tennessee Invitational, an 18-hole tournament, at The Farms. Hopefully they keep the winning streak going!
