Thomas Lemons Reporter September 21 - 25 was DHS’ Homecoming week. Students participated in Powder Puff, dress-up days, hallway decorating and intramural volleyball. The senior girls won the Powder Puff championship, beating the sophomores and then the juniors. The sophomores won the hallway decorating competition. Thomas Lemons Reporter On Thursday, August 27th, the Lady Trojans volleyball junior varsity and varsity teams played the South Gibson Lady Hornets. The JV won their first set and lost the next one, leading to overtime, with them losing in a set to 15. After the varsity team warmed up, the night got tense.
